1/2 x 3 NGHR D-Pad™
1/2 x 3 NGHR D-Pad™ Pipe Support System, Natural Acetal (POM-C), 6″ x 1″ x 7/16″ Height for a 1/2″ Bolt
This 1/2 x 3 Pipe Support System is specifically designed for 3″ NPS pipes in a non-gripping bolt up configuration, where longitudinal movement is encouraged and axial movement is inhibited. It is engineered using high‑performance polyacetal copolymer (POM-C) to provide superior resistance to wear, impact, and corrosive exposure. The half‑round profile minimizes surface‑area contact and promotes natural moisture runoff, limiting the trapped fluid and debris that contribute to crevice corrosion while also reducing metal‑to‑metal contact within the support system to help extend the service life of both the pipe and its supporting structure. With excellent resistance to chemicals, saltwater, and harsh atmospheric conditions, this material performs reliably in corrosive environments. Built for demanding industrial, construction, electrical, oil and gas, offshore, and automotive applications, this Pipe Support System delivers durable, long‑term performance in challenging operating conditions.
