This 7/8 x 12 Pipe Support System, fabricated from amber thermoplastic, is specifically engineered for high-temperature applications on 12″ NPS pipes in a non‑gripping bolt‑up configuration, where longitudinal movement is encouraged and axial movement is inhibited. Manufactured using high‑performance polyetherimide (PEI), it is designed to withstand demanding thermal environments while maintaining structural stability. The half‑round profile minimizes surface‑area contact and promotes natural moisture runoff, limiting the trapped fluid and debris that contribute to crevice corrosion while also eliminating metal‑to‑metal contact within the support system to help extend the service life of both the pipe and its supporting structure.
